Once upon a time there were some students from the BTG high school in El Grullo, Jalisco who had to carry out a project for their integral project subject, which consisted of carrying out and starting a micro-enterprise that is profitable and functional. Therefore, they began a brainstorm, which, for the love of gastronomy and sweet flavor, took the idea of starting this pastry company with an innovation of flavors and ways of eating such a popular product. Along the way there were a few conflicts and problems, but these two colleagues knew how to get ahead and they will begin to create and produce new products that are already known with more and more innovations and delicious at the same time.
